Surgery for replacement of ACL and meniscus in the knee suggested. Have bone spurs and femur head removed. What is the recovery period?

I have been told that I have to have 2 surgeries on my knee for a replacement of ACL , Meniscus , Repair of LCL & MCL and have bone spurs on the femur head removed. Generally what kind of procedure is this, how long will it take and how long is approximate recovery? I am a Corrections officer who is in semi-shape (been off of work and major work outs since July) and I want a general idea
