General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Addiction means you have craving, take in higher doses, and have withdrawal symptoms. There is inpatient treatment available rehab. Other options are behavioral therapy, CBT works for most too, 12 step approach, all drugs of benzos, opioids are prescribed only in OPD by psychologist.

You need to visit one. Temporarily, multivitamin can be taken like Natalins Rx for a week. Eat healthy fruits, juices and steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil. These reduce cravings. Do yoga and meditation. If possible, inpatient treatment is best.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
