Hi

Continue Vitamin b12 injections until the levels normalise. In case of severe vitamin d deficiency injections or powder sachets of 60,000 IU of vit D can be taken once a week for four to six weeks.

Other causes of fatigue and dizziness like diabetes, hypertension and electrolyte deficiencies should be ruled out.

Lymph node enlargement can be due to infections which should also be checked.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
