Hello dear I understand your concern Mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective treatment for the medical termination of the pregnancy. It should be done under the supervision of the gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week (pre abortion USG is required). 600 mg mifepristone orally should followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally/bucally after 48 hour under the observation of gynecologist. If no induced abortion then another 400 ug should given after 4 hour. Dose and schedule will be decide by the gynecologist. Follow up at the 7th day and USG at the 14th day to confirm the complete process of abortion Proper rest for 48 hours, analgesic and maintenance of pelvic hygiene should advisable. Hope this may help you
