Suggest Ways To Remove Scar From PTB
good day doc. I just wanna ask.. is there any chance to remove a scar on my right apex due to PTB before. I was treated for 6mos last 2007. and undergo sputum examinations and the results is always negative.. but everytime I undergo in xray. there is always a scar seen. please give an advise how to remove this. thank you..

The scar on lung tissue cannot be removed as the tissue there cannot regenerate and so unfortunately you will have to live with the internal scar; but as long as there are no symptoms presenting there should be no issue here really.
