Suggest Ways To Prevent Uneven Skin Color Due To Constant Use Of Innerwear
Hello Doctor, I noticed that the upper part of arm to my shoulder is darker while my chest is light. I do workout every morning and wear sport bra, seems the sport bra has formed a pattern on my skin with the covered of my shoulder lighter (that s the sports bra strap) than the exposed part of my shoulder. Please what can I do get to rid of the uneven colour and prevent it from reoccurring? Thanks.

Hello,
It is due to a lack of sun exposure to the covered area. So the sun-exposed part will be darker compared to parts covered with inner-wear.
Nothing much can be done to equalize the color, you can use while body covering tracksuit to get equal sun exposure and to prevent uneven skin color.
