Suggest Ways To Manage The Side Effects Of Allergy Medicine

I have been taking allergy shots for almost a year, one time a week. Almost every week I still have some side affects, which go one for 2 to 4 days. Is this a common side affect? The affects can be irritation in my throat, nose, some breathing problems, generally feel sick again for a few days. Should I continue on with the shots. Being sick almost every week is wearing me down. The doctor has now changed the dose two times, the last time two weeks ago. t

Switch the medications you are taking,but in the long run try to improve your general health,start practising yoga,eat healthy,there is a process called jal neti,proven to be effective in allergies,know about it.
