General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A number of best analgesics are available for control of pain while suffering from compression fracture. As you are facing constipation issue as well, I would recommend tablet diclofenac against contramal for better analgesia. Along with the same, local application of heating pad and analgesic spray or ointment would help to great extent in this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
