Suggest Ways To Manage Pain While Recovering From Compression Fracture
Hi, so I hurt my back at work long story short I have a compression fracture and this happened on the 14th. It really seems like it s getting worst. I can barely move or lay down. It s takes about 20 mins for me to pee habvent made a #2 since last Monday. And every time in up to walk to the bathroom I feel like my legs and my hope are going to give out
A number of best analgesics are available for control of pain while suffering from compression fracture. As you are facing constipation issue as well, I would recommend tablet diclofenac against contramal for better analgesia. Along with the same, local application of heating pad and analgesic spray or ointment would help to great extent in this issue.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
