I'm an 18 year old male and I'm only 5 ft 3 which is extremely short, especially when the average height for guys is around 5 ft 9. My parents are both quite short, mums about 4 ft 10 and my dad is about 5 ft 5. I would say my height does bring my confidence levels quite low. I haven't weighed myself for a while but I believe I'm also only 7 stones, I don't know if that's quite low for me. Is there any chance I will grow taller? Can you recommend ways that might help increase my height e.g hanging down or fixing up my diet. I have always been short for my age since day one.
