General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From your description, I am of the opinion that you should vitamin A capsules along with glutathione as these substances have been much helpful in the recovery of retinal cells specifically rods and cones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
