I think i have depression, i get angry & moody all the time & i just feel sad all the time for no reason. I dnt like gettin out of bed or goin to school for no reason coz i just feel sad & am just under stress. I dnt think like normal people think i have behaviour problems too i dnt know how to create relationships
You have symptoms like persistent sadness, angry moods, poor desire to move out of bed or going to school, persistent stress etc. You have poor relationships. Although these symptoms denote depression but to make diagnosis of depression one should visit a psychiatrist for evaluation. Depression in mild form responds to cognitive therapy and life style changes. In moderate to severe symptoms medicines are needed. Medicines like SSRIs are very effective in depression. Commonly fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline etc are used in depression. Supplements containing omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 also help to improve mood. Spend your time in exercising, yoga and doing creative things. This will help to lift mood.
Thanks, hope this helps you
