Suggest Ways To Delay Menstrual Bleeding

I am 18 and can go 6 months without having a period. Before i start my periods i feel extremely sick and find myself in alot of pain. I have also started experiencing chest pain. I am a coeliac sufferer i was wondering if this could be a cause of my symptoms.

Hello,

If you have a history of the Coeliac disease, you should get treated for it. Bloating, fatigue, anaemia, weight loss, general weakness are symptoms of coeliac disease. Take a healthy homemade food. Stay away from addictions.

To delay periods you can use Norethisterone only pill, you should start taking it 3 days before your period is due & continue to take it for a maximum of 20 days.

You may experience spotting or breakthrough bleeding. It should not be taken on a regular basis. Not more than 3 packs are safe. For a longer delay of periods, Implants are used but may have side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
