Suggest Ways To Control Menses Flow Naturally

Is there a way I can get my period to stop naturally with out having to start birth control pills again? Finished last BC beginning of June. Received the depo shot in march, elected not to continue. End of June period normal, July period lasted 2-3 days longer than normal, Aug period came 1 wk late and has continued with a light but brown colored flow daily since. 2 Pregnancy tests are negative. Any suggestions? age: 30, wt 184#.
