I m a nurse, I m have one patient,she has medical history uncontrolled high blood pressure, systolic between 205/ 200. And diastolic between 110/100 .antifulganAlso she is on hemodialysis 3 times per weeks,the doctor ordered clonidine 0.1 mg 2 tab if her blood pressure is more than 170. But her blood pressure continued to high

To control hypertension, you need to do the following along with taking medications as prescribed.
1. Consumption of low salt diet.
2. Meditation to keep your mind stress free.
3. Regular physical activity in the form of exercise such as brisk walking for 30 minutes in a day.
