General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
The observation way to possibly prevent a pregnancy after intercourse is to take an emergency Contraceptive pill within 72hrs of the Intercourse.

You seem to have been in your fertile time period during the intercourse, so pregnancy is possible.
If your periods are late by more than 5 days, take a home pregnancy test.
If negative, then nothing to worry about.

I urge you to use Some form of contraception if you don't wish for a child now.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health
