I fell on my elbow. I can move it, straighten it and twist it. I cannot however lift my hand to touch my shoulder without a great deal of pain. Very bruised and swollen and extremely tender to the touch. If I push very slight fees sure on it with my fingers it stings... Bad.
Hello Due to fall there develops inflammation particularly in soft movable joints as in elbow in your case. Redness swelling , tenderness , and unable to lift is also an indication of bursitis . In this type of case take cold massage , tablets serratiopeptidase with aceclofinac 200 mg s r with rest for 5- 6 days will provide complete relief . Still pain persist or increase then get in c t scan and consult an orthopedic surgeon . Rest and above mentioned treatment will provide relief within 2 days with complete immobilization of joint. Good luck.
