Hello,

It is called tinnitus. It may be due to neurodegeneration or middle ear infection or due to eustachian tube block or due to meniers disease etc.

So use tablet gincobiloba twice a day for two weeks. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days.

Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. On case of goddess you may use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days.

If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
