You have been diagnosed to have a stone of size of 9 mm in your kidney .
It is very optimistic to expect the stone of size of 9 mm to pass down spontaneously ..The best option is to get it fragmented by a procedure called Extra Corporeal Shock wave Lithotripsy(ESWL).
This is simple procedure and does not require hospitalization nor anesthesia and is carried out as out patient procedure and gives very good results.
