Hello It seems from the history that you are having lazy eye. Lazy eye means ambylopia and it is because of difference in the visual acuity between two eyes and it usually occurs in case of uncorrected refractive error with significant difference in the visual acuity between two eyes. The treatment is by stimulation of the ambylopic eye or by occlusion of the eye with normal vision. The treatment is successful if it is done within 12 years.
Thank you
