Suggest Treatment For Anisometropic Amblyopia

My friend is suffering from Anisometropic Amblyopia since his childhood…He is now 23 Years ....i want to know that does any treatment is there for this disoder….Does any laser theorpy will work for this …or any kind of operation

please tell me some solution/

It seems from the history that your friend is diagnosed with anisometropic ambylopia because of unequal refractive error.
I can understand your concern but unfortunately there is no effective treatment in this age group.
Ambylopia can be treated effectively up to the age of 10-12 years.
Since he is 23 years now no effective treatment is available.
