Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion if the sac comes out there is no chance for pregnancy continuation. But it is better to evaluate the causes like thyroid abnormalities , progesterone insufficiency ,any excess physical strain or any infections or any cervical or uterine anamolies. And prevent them in furthur pregnancies.Dont worry there is much chance of normal pregnancy in future.Planning after 3 months gap is good.
Best regards...Dr srilatha
