Hello,

Blood pressure may change or fluctuate due to stress, exercise, anxiety, tensions or lack of adequate sleep at night. Stay away from factors that trigger rise of blood pressure. Take adequate water and sleep. Stay relaxed, avoid stress. Be careful of your diet. Do not take smoked or processed meats, soybeans, snow peas, cheese, bologna, bacon, etc. Avoid meat prepared with tenderizers.

Do not take dried or overripe fruits like raisins or prunes, or overripe bananas or avocados. Never take improperly stored food. Avoid taking alcoholic beverages, beer, red wine, sherry and liqueurs, etc. Do not take pickled or fermented foods. You should continue to take the prescribed medicines. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, maintain healthy lifestyle.

High blood sugar level should be monitored by maintaining a chart and getting examined by a diabetologist and taking medicines as prescribed. Food and physical activity choices may cause changes in your blood glucose level. Avoid being dehydration. Medical conditions like infection, injury or surgery can cause increase in blood sugar. Avoid stress (both positive and negative stress), hormonal changes, etc. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
