Suggest Treatment To Regularize Periods

I have a problem of missing period by harmonically plz suggests something for getting periods regularly
I don't think so but when I'm not getting period's I just think i m pregnant .is it possible if anyone get only one time sex ? I'm worried because I don't know how came it I don't have knowledge about it. Plzz help me.

If you are perimenopausal lady you could have delayed periods.
If you are concerned of periods , would suggest you to get urine pregnancy test done.
