Hello,

I have a chronic knee condition.
Here's the timeline of my condition

May 2013 : Had a medial meniscus tear in my right knee
June 2013 : Had arthroscopic surgery to remove around 20% of the meniscus.
On supervised physiotherapy for Jul 2013 . Continued the above unsupervised.

Dec 2013 : Had a re-tear at the same location. This time not that big. Didn't undergo surgery this time. Continued physiotherapy . It helped me get better.

Mar 2014 - had a lot of internal pain around the knee.

Ever since then, the knee's been bothering me.
The condition worsens as the day progresses.
By evening, my knee is pretty tired & i start feeling the minor tear that i still have.

In general , i do feel the lack of cushion in my right knee.

My specific questions :
Can your treatment help regenerate the lost meniscus?
How can you help me ?
