welcome to Health care magic.
1.Degenerative changes depending on the joint space narrowing operation is only the treatment of choice like TKR (total knee replacement)
2.Operation is only performed if other medical conditions and age support.
3.Posterior horn of the meniscus is damaged and the shock observable character lost, which needs repair.
4.Lateral subluxation - lateral moved / displacing due to softening of the cartilage (chondromalacia).
5.Joint effusion is due to the underlying infection / inflammation in the joint space.
6.If you are having difficulty in walking / daily activities - operation is the treatment of choice with your findings.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
