General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is not much you can do to interrupt the process of implantation and to reduce bleeding. Mild exercise, avoiding vigorous sex and moderate caffeine consumption are might help a little. Anti-inflammatory analgesics like Aspirin should be avoided completely during the implantation window.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
