hi there
firstly you blood sugar levels should be kept under control. have you been given ahy medicine or injections like insulin to control the blood sugar and if so what is the disease your are taking? you should check your glucose levels regularly and I suggest you go for regular antenatal check ups and scan.
what trimester are you in? have you been taking your folic acid iron and calcium tablets?
I find this answer helpful
