Suggest Treatment To Normalize My Periods
hello doctor My periods started on 15th june...i said sever pain in stomach so i took meftal spas 3 times for a day...pain controlled but my periods lasted only for 3 days with normal bleeding and after 2 days gap i found sone spoting with brown color. I normly have periods for 6 days with heavy flow i first 3 days but this time not...since my periods stoped this month m feeling regular body ache and cramps.... m feeling not well since then....i am trying to concieve from last 2 years.. pls guide what could be the reason..is it meftal spas?

Meftal spas intake for 3 days is not responsible for the body ache and rest of the symptoms. It seems likely to be related to either polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormone imbalance at hypothalamopituitary axis or else which may be responsible for ovulation disturbances, menorrhagia and inability to conceive since 2 years. Primary evaluation with clinical examination by nearby OBGY and later on ultrasound with or without diagnostic laparoscopy, hysterosalpingography can be of great help in this regard. Treatment consists of hormone therapy in majority of the instances and hence depends solely on the diagnosis of the root cause.
