Suggest Treatment Sleeplessness Due To Chest And Back Pain

I usually have low blood pressure but recently it has been high. A few days ago I had a sleepless night due to chest and back pain which I have had before but havebeen on dailymedication to reduce acid. I am fearful this may have been my heart.I was extremely tied and week the next day and was scared to eat anything. I had vomited a lot the night of the attack. I am still nervous to eat much and continue to drink lots of water, staying away from wine and coffee. I do smoke but have reduced that, I am 61 yrs old and in good health except for early eosteoporosis .
