Suggest Treatment Options For Sleep Disorder In Women
My wife is having sleep disorder owing to some family problems.she is taking zosert 50 for the last one week along with Zolpidem tartrate 12.5 mg. With this though she sleeps for the night but during day time she is not comfortable her whole body trembles.

Zolpidem is the best options with minimum hangover. If she can not tolerate zolpidem, better to consult a physician and get evaluated. In that case drugs like melatonin may be tried.
