Suggest Treatment Of Itching

Hi, recently my skin started itching and whenever i go the clinic they always tell me that unless i have a rush they don t know what is causing it, and they prescribed me allergex which helps and a lotion(camphor) to apply on the itching part but even the lotion is not working . My question is what is causing my skin to itch, and is it good to keep on taking the allergex, won t they affect me in a long run?.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
