As this may be related to the tendon tightness. Usually, we perform activities with our hand and allow these tendons to workout more. Due to overuse, there will be tightness in the tendons of the muscles for certain finger and the swapping do not occur leading to stopping of the movement and inflammation. Doing hot water fermentation and hand movements in the hot water should help improve the symptoms. Also, some simple strengthening and stretching of the tendon will be beneficial.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
