Suggest Treatment For Wound On Penis After Intercourse

I had oral sex last week with a woman and now the skin just below the head of my penis looks like it is torn away. It almost looks like teeth marks that have broken the first layer of skin. Now it is very moist and sevsitive. Not sure how to dry and heal the wound. I didn t realize you just want money.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
It is little unfortunate that you have developed wound after having oral sex.
It must be lacerated wound caused due to biting with teeth.
For this you need to do the following:
1. Take tetnus toxoid injection if you have not taken during past 6 months.
2. Clean the wound twice daily with mild antiseptic like Savlon.
3. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice daily after food for 5 days.
4. Apply Soframycin cream on the wound twice daily till it heals.
5. Wear loose fitting underwear to keep the area ventilated.
6. Avoid sexual activity till the wound heals completely.
Be careful next time. Wish you speedy recovery.
