Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Perhaps you have vitiligo. I suggest you to kindly consult a dermatologist in your region for confirmation of the diagnosis and discussion of treatment options. There are various treatment options available for vitiligo. Topicals commonly include steroid creams/ ointments, tacrolimus ointment. Systemic treatment options are phototherapy and systemic steroids. The choice and treatment depends on the extent of involvement and whether the vitiligo patches are static or spreading.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

In my opinion, you are having a pigmentary disorder called vitiligo which is not contagious. It is due to destruction of skin pigment. Please do consult your dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and to initiate treatment.
