Suggest Treatment For White Discharge From The Penis And Bladder Pain
Hi doc,i recently discovered a white discharge from my penis and bladder pain so I went to see a doctor who recommend urine mcs and the result cam out as follows:epithelial cell ++,pus cell:3-4phf and gram positive cocci.please how do I interprete the result?what could be my problem?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It is urethritis and cystitis. You are having gram positive cocci infection. Sensitivity to drug has not been reported. Drink more water take alcasol syrup. After getting sensitivity report take the most effective antibiotic recommended.
