Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Nausea And Dizziness

Hello, I m a 45 yr.old female I have had problems since April of 2016 of chest pains, palpitations, numbness and fatigue and nausea vomiting and dizziness at times I am on blood pressure med I ve had upper G.I. to rule out ulcers and any stomach or asaphagus issues and was found to have tachycardia but my body is telling me it s getting worse ... I was told by an EMT I may have had a (T. I.A.) mini/silent stroke at work but my doctor says she doesn t think that happened and thinks I have anxiety yet palpitations continue to worsen and some activity triggers it ..Now she wants me to get a lower G.I... I really can t afford these guessing games.. It s so hard to explain when they don t feel what I m feeling, I m to a point where I m tired of doctoring and am ready to live with it until I fall on the floor or pass out. Please help me figure this out...Oh by the way I googled and talked with people with anxiety/depression and that s not me or my symptoms.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
This is the confusion one gets when you do not get the confirmed diagnosis.
Complete cardiac check up is the most important thing that you should get as Palpitation is one of the major complaints along with numbness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and dizziness.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Cardiac check up as mentioned above.
Blood tests particularly for thyroid functions as Thyrotoxicosis can cause similar problems.
Surely anxiety and stress can wither be the cause that is instigating factors or at least enhancing factors and who wants to accept. It is better to get counselling and management from a Psychiatrist to get the things either ruled out or confirmed and get treated accordingly if found.
Medical field depends upon the facts hence get the proper diagnosis and management and you will be fine, Internet searches by contacting the sufferers will not get you anywhere nearer the diagnosis hence should not contact such unilateral interactions and that too with the patients as they are not Doctors and you can get further confused as the person wants to listen to the things which he wants to.
I find this answer helpful
