Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. As per provided information, i came to conclusion that you have suffered from concussion or minor head injury followed by post concussion syndrome. It usually lasts for weeks and sometimes months following the primary injury. Supportive care like the use of nonnarcotic analgesics and antiemetic can be helpful. If symptoms are getting severe, it is advisable to consult nearby A&E department for through physical and neurological examination.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
