Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Fever

Hi i vomit when i wake and my husband too. We assume it is food poisoning but we are nit sure if the spaghetti sauce or the glutinous rice is expired bec i bought it at lower price. Pls advise what we should do bec we dont fell well as if i have fever inside. Do we need to go to the hospital or take medicine or just taking rest is fine?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Onset of vomiting after consuming packed food can be due to food poisoning.
Associated fever does suggest food poisoning.
However, the symptoms and their duration depends on the infectious agent causing food poisoning.
Some infectious agents cause symptoms which are self limiting and are resolved within few hours whereas there are some which cause symptoms for longer duration of time.
You can take rest and observe the symptoms for some time.
If symptoms of vomiting still persist for longer period, you may have to consult your primary healthcare provider.
