Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Dizziness

she has been complaining of dizziness for about 4 days now. She jumps up and down frantically because she doesn't know what to do about what she feels. She hasn't had a fever. She did vomit yesterday and felt better but the dizziness came back later in the day.
