Hello, I have virtego just while driving specially when other car passes, I m not sure this is virtego or panic is been 11 years that I stop driving in highways just practicing 20 miles around house still I have symptons like dizziness heart pulpitation, sweeting from fear of getting hit or hitting others even I feel I paralized and great tention in my head and backshoulder....... I had all exams from MRI from Brain,Heart , ears........ everything was normal except I had heart pulpitation so i took medicine now I m fine about that plus norologist found out there is smal spot on my innier ear..... and lately I see Psychotherapist taking some pills to come me down to see if all is in my head.... I don t see alot progress I m 45 years old and live in Reno/Nevada, please some suggestions? Thanks so much
