Suggest Treatment For Vertigo With Bundle Branch Block

I AM A 39 YR OLD FEMALE WITH SUDDEN FAINTING SPELLS I HAVE BLOCKED OUT A COUPLE OF TIME AND EVEN HAD SEVERE CHEST PAIN ONE MORNING, I WENT TO THE ER BUT AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD VERTIGO. MY DIZZY SPELLS IS GETTING WORST MY DR. DID A EKG AND TOLD ME I HAVE LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK. CAN U HELP ME?

Hello,

There are many causes for dizziness. As you have bundle branch block then do echocardiography and stress echo. These tests should be supervised by Cardiologist.

You need to examine your ENT thoroughly by an ENT surgeon. You need to do positional tests like Dix Hall pike test, rompers test, unterberger test by ENT surgeon.

After that we will be sure for the cause. But if u had proper dizziness then start tablet Vertin twice daily for 7 days.
