Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Swelling In The Hands And Legs

I have been getting vertigo on and off since January. I am under a tremendous amount of stress. I noticed that when my neck gets extremely tight I wake up in the morning with vertigo. My hands and feet are swelling and I am getting a tingling feeling in my fingers and feet. I also am getting a burning sensation on the heels of my feet. I have put gained over 35 lbs in 6 months and am now extremely depressed. Please help me!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to exercise or walk 7 kilometers day. Eat healthy foods rich in fiber and drink water. Use Ibuprofen for pain. Make X ray of the neck and check the thyroid gland function.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
