Have alot of itching around my vagina, burning when i urinate, vaginal discharge, a horrible odor and some small bumps around my bikini life. Yes im sexually active. They dont look like any stds ive seen on the internet, on a different subject on my anus today i noticed a purple lump. It hurts really bad and is sore, any ideas that those could be? Please help. Obgyn said it wasnt a uti, yeast infection or bv, :(
