Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding While On 'lutenyl'

I'm 45 years old. Last month my doctor prescribed me Lutenyl and Transamin for my heavy bleeding. I should take Lutenyl for 20 days every 24 hours. And Transamin if necessary (I can stop it if the bleeding has stopped). It worked to me.I stopped bleeding on the second day of my Lutenyl. Then on the 7 days after I finished my Lutenyl I got my period again. On the 7th day of my period this time I started to take Lutenyl again hoping that I would stop bleeding. I did it because I worried that my heavy bleeding would disturb my vacancy trip to Europe. My concern now is that I havenĀ“t stopped bleeding on my 12 days of Lutenyl. I still have spot. I called my doctor and she said that it's because I'm too tired. And she suggested me to finish my Lutenyl (20 days) and take more Transamin. But this time it doesn't work to me. What should I do?
