Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding In Transwoman

Hello, I am a post-op transwoman (M2F), who underwent SRS Nov 3, 2009. This afternoon, I began experiencing minor vaginal bleeding after a case of mild constipation, and this bleeding has not yet stopped. I should note, that the bleeding is extremely mild, to the point where I would not even consider a pad - yet the fact that any bleeding is occuring is worrysome. How worried should I be by this situation.
