Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This condition require detail diagnosis with full history, physical examination, correlating all radiology data to figure out the exact etiology for the same and then only treatment plan can be decided.

Management portion of neurological conditions, benign prostate enlargement, urethral strictures, long-term (chronic) urinary infections vary widely. I strongly recommend to consult a urologist for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
