Acne is age related phenomenon and changes of hormone level affect this, this always associated with infection treatment of acne is lengthy and this goes on changing from time to time and one need to be in follow up regularly, initially treatment start with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days and Erythromycin cream, later on this regime could be changed, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
