General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, its very common in diabetics to have hypoglycaemic episodes (in which blood sugar goes down below normal). At start of any of such signs (perspiration, cold feet and hands etc) You must give her glucose water or some sweet to recover sugar level in blood. If her sugar and BP is normal now she will recover soon.
