Suggest Treatment For Ulcerative Colitis

I am suffering from Ulserative Colitis for last 3 years. When I take steroids I feel energetic but when I don t, I feel lazy and lack of energy. Someone suggest me to take Multivitamins like Nutrilite Daily . Just want to consult that Can I take Nutrilite Daily or you suggest some other brand in this situation.

As you are already taking steroids for ulcerative colitis, I advice you to
- rest yourself
- Diet : high protein, low residue - meat, chicken, egg, bread, cooked veges etc
- No spices strictly
- adequate fluids
- Also Consuming whey protein supplements seems to be beneficial effects.
