for a while i ve been having a twitch in the same spot of my left bicep, they onyl last 2-5 seconds but they keep coming back. i have been stressed out for a while now and my diet has been poor but i was wondering if there was anything ishould worry about
Twitching in muscles may or may not be physiological. If you are doing regular exercises, this can be due to normal physiological twitching and need not to worry about. But in rare cases it may be due conditions like neuropathy, atrophy of muscle etc.
if you have long-term twitches or if twitching occurs with weakness and any other symtom, better to consult and get examined.
